A strengthening property market in North Rocks, Carlingford has prompted the family owned ‘The North Rocks Greenery’ to be listed for sale via auction.
Located at 371-375 North Rocks Road, the 2,023sqm site offers a prime, main road investment or development opportunity with similar sites selling for a rate circa $1,000 - $1,500 per sqm.
CBRE’s Alex Ugarte and Alex Mirzaian have been appointed to steer the campaign. Mr Ugarte said the multiple use potential of the site should attract various purchasers.
“Developers have been eager to secure sites in established suburbs such as North Rocks. A key drawcard of the site is its versatility and due to the R2 low density zoning, there is potential for a townhouse development, boarding house or medical facility,” Mr Ugarte said.
“The current owner-operators are open to a lease-back deal to allow time for the purchaser to secure a development approval, which will be regarded as highly beneficial.”
The ‘on-site’ auction will be held June 3.
