Tomra Collection secures new home in Sydney's Smeaton Grange
| 15 July 2019
Tomra Collection Solutions – a reverse vending systems specialist – has inked a new lease on an industrial facility in the Western Sydney industrial hub of Smeaton Grange.
Located at 2/148 Hartley Road, the property comprises a two-storey modern industrial/warehouse facility spanning 3,300sqm. Situated in close proximity to the M5 Motorway, the property provides access via two container height roller doors.
CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and Adam Tresidder, together with Michael Mileto of Link Property Services, negotiated the one-year lease on behalf of the private lessor. The rental is $105 per square metre (gross).
Mr Alessi commented on the transaction: “Our teams collaborated to help the tenant secure this opportunity within Sydney’s South West after their initial search in the North West didn’t identify any suitable options. The major attractions were the 8.5m clearances and clearspan warehouse, which allow the tenant to stack multiple containers.”
