Town Planning tenant moves into Perth's Murray Street

Town planning consultancy Creative Design and Planning has leased an office suite in the Perth CBD. 

Creative Design and Planning has signed a three-year lease on a 224sqm office, which offers exclusive use of an external breakout area, at 464 Murray Street. 

CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the lease transaction for an annual rental of $350-$360 per square metre (net). 

“Since its redevelopment in 2007, which married restored heritage and modern contemporary aesthetics and functionality, the office suites in 464 Murray Street have maintained minimal vacancies,” Mr Lewis said. 

Known today as the Home Building, this iconic art deco building was originally constructed in 1927 for global cigarette manufacturer WD & HO Wills as a warehouse and was extensively restored and redeveloped by consultancy agency MGroup in 2007. 

Another cornerstone tenant in the building is Heytesbury Pty. Ltd., the Holmes à Court family’s privately-owned company.
