CBRE has recruited three of Melbourne’s leading office leasing professionals: Stuart Colquhoun, Ashley Buller and Harrison Truelove.
The former JLL trio will join CBRE’s Victorian Advisory & Transaction Services – Office Leasing business next month, positioning the team as a Melbourne market leader.

Mr Buller has over 20 years of property industry experience, including more than 15 years at JLL negotiating lease transactions for institutional, private and corporate clients.
He is joining CBRE as a Senior Director and will assume the leadership of the Victorian Office Leasing team.
Mr Colquhoun has been appointed as a Regional Director and will have a strategic, client-facing role. He brings over 25 years of experience across international leasing markets and most recently led JLL’s Melbourne Office Leasing team.
Mr Truelove is joining as a Senior Negotiator, further strengthening CBRE’s Office Leasing platform.
