Twin industrial units sell for $6.75m in Sydney's north
| 9 September 2019
A local owner-occupier has purchased two industrial units for $6.75 million in Mount Kuring-Gai.
The units at 12 and 15, 22 Beaumont Road have a combined area of 3,132sqm.
The two 1,566sqm units each feature 1,310sqm of high clearance, clear-span warehouse and 256sqm of high-quality mezzanine office accommodation.
CBRE’s Peter Mangraviti and Ben Byford negotiated the sale on behalf of a private investment syndicate, which was seeking to capitalise on the strong uplift in value seen across the north shore industrial market over the past 24 months.
Mr Mangraviti said; “The buyer was a long-term Mount Kuring-Gai tenant and was drawn to the quality and functionality of the units, which both provide 40ft container access.”
