Adelaide, 14 July 2014 – Two new retailers have joined the mix at the strongly performing Gepps X homemaker centre in Adelaide.
National laser hair removal chain Hair Free and sushi bar LOVE SUSHI have both leased space in the centre, which is located at 750 Main North Road, Gepps Cross.
The Adelaide Manager of CBRE’s Large Format Retail division, Dallas Sears, negotiated the two deals, leaving just a few areas still available for lease in Gepps X - one of Australia’s largest homemaker centres.
Situated just 10km north of Adelaide's CBD, the centre comprises a mix of national and local retailers, including the largest Harvey Norman in South Australia. Other tenants include Toys R Us, JB Hi-Fi, Super Amart Furniture, The Good Guys, Baby Bunting and Barbeques Galore.
Hair Free has over 40 salons across Australia. It has taken a 137.9sqm store in Gepps X on a five-year term with a five-year option.
“Hair Free will be opening in the coming months further expanding the already diverse tenant mix at Gepps X,” Ms Sears said.
LOVE SUSHI has leased 107.1sqm of space on a seven-year term. Ms Sears said there were now only two remaining food retailing opportunities at Gepps X of 45.1sqm and 140sqm.
“LOVE Sushi is an experienced food operator that will further strengthen the fresh food offering at the centre and give staff and customers diversity of choice,” Ms Sears said.
