An expanding tyre and car battery retailer will move into an A-grade industrial facility in Fairfield East.
TCK Alliance, which operates Xpress Tyre & Battery, has signed a three-year lease for 93-121 Lisbon Street, Fairfield East, a 2,187sqm site.
It moves into the property for a net rent of $130/sqm, with an additional three-year option.
Located between The Horsley Drive and Woodville Road arterials and near the Hume Highway, the warehouse features clearances of up to 10m, a large awning and corporate office space.
CBRE’s Janet Joljian, Elijah Shakir and Raj Chaudhary secured the lease for the building’s owner, Lisbon Street Pty Ltd.
“The tenant is experiencing significant growth and was looking for a new facility to accommodate that,” Ms Joljian said.
“Located in the heart of Fairfield, this property fits their needs, including having a dangerous goods area.”
