Vacant warehouse solves shredding company's problem

A modern office and warehouse facility in Western Sydney has leased to Shred-X Pty Ltd.

29C Davis Road in Wetherill Park is an A-grade property totaling 4,249sqm. The vacant property comprises a modern two-level 355sqm office, three roller doors, high clearance warehouse, high power supply and central location in a prime industrial location close to major arterial roads. The building is owned by the Australian Prime Property Fund Industrial, managed by Lendlease.

The CBRE team of Matthew Alessi, John Micallef, Elijah Shakir, John Tsoutsa negotiated the deal for $115 per sqm net plus GST on a 10-year term plus two five-year options.

“The key selling points were the high-power supply and the quick turnaround to accommodate the tenant’s urgent requirement,” Mr Alessi said.

Shred-X provides secure document, e-waste, media and hard drive destruction and recycling services.
