Melbourne, 13 June 2016 – Vantage Property Investments has secured technology company, Fabric Group, for a 456sqm lease at 446 Collins Street.
The six year lease was finalised at a gross rental of $450 per square metre.
The lease is the latest win for Vantage Property Investments with the tenancy having been completely refurbished to provide polished concrete floors and exposed ceiling services throughout.
Vantage’s Asset Manager, Nick Thompson said; “The continual upgrading and refurbishment of the asset, which has included a ground floor lobby upgrade, installation of end of trip facilities and on floor refurbishments, has generated increased leasing activity and resulted in excellent results already in 2016.”
CBRE’s Scott McGlone and Will Dungey handled the deal.
Mr McGlone added; “The building is gaining significant traction with IT, marketing and Digital firms who are seeking open plan layouts with good natural light in close proximity to public transport.”
