A site well exposed to the Great Western Highway in Greystanes has leased for $182,000 Net excl. GST, to Hot Spot Autos Pty Ltd. The property achieved $18,000 per annum more than the full asking rate.

607 Great Western Highway is a 620sqm office, warehouse and awning with a huge yard totaling 2,701sqm land area. The yard offers high exposure to passing trade, 35kms west of the Sydney CBD and close to the M4/M7 motorways.

CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and John Micallef leased the site with co-agent James Zerefos of Bawdens Industrial on behalf of owner, Beige Pty Ltd. The term five-year with no incentive.
