Australian construction company, Xerri Group has recently committed to a five year lease over an industrial facility in the south-east Melbourne suburb of Dandenong South.
The modern facility, located at 30-32 Ordish Road, has an area of 2,536sqm and offers a mix of office/warehouse accommodations, high clearances, ample onsite parking, multiple roller doors and excellent exposure to Ordish Road and Arkwright Drive.
CBRE’s James Jorgensen and Josh Fitt negotiated the lease deal at a rate of $85 per sqm net, on behalf of a private investor.
Mr Jorgensen said the property represented an outstanding opportunity for the Xerri Group to accommodate its growing operations, with the site offering substantial office accommodations of 396sqm.
“The Ordish Road site was ideally suited to the tenant’s business operations, enabling them to bring multiples sites together and plan their operational layout for maximum efficiency moving forward.”
Xerri Group specialises across commercial, industrial, government and residential construction, including industrial warehousing, commercial offices, multi-unit developments, sporting pavilions, community centres, special care facilities and refurbishment works.
