Louise Venables is a Director within the CBRE Hotels Valuations and Advisory Services Division. Louise is an established hotel valuer and property consultant having completed a broad range of assignments throughout Australia. Louise became a registered valuer in 2013 and joined the CBRE Hotels Valuations team in 2020.
Louise has an extensive covering covers a broad range of portfolio and individual assignments involving hotel accommodation, licensed premises and other specialist leisure properties. This includes portfolio and single-asset valuations for a range of lenders/financiers, accommodation and pub/tavern owners, operators, developers and institutional investors.
Louise also has experience in hotel and hospitality related consultancy services such as market analysis and research, cash flow forecasting, rental determinations, development appraisals and market feasibility studies. Louise provides support throughout the hotel development cycle including ownership and operating structure reviews, operator selection campaigns, project feasibility, ongoing asset management and transaction advisory services.
Louise’s valuation and consultancy advice includes complex leisure assets such as theme parks, leisure attractions, destination island resorts, golf courses, casinos and convention centres. Examples of recent assignments are summarised below.
