Mark is the General Manager of the Pacific Advisory & Transaction Services team, managing the day-to-day operations, with oversight of the Sales Management program. He is responsible for Business Planning and Development processes and strategy, identification and qualification of opportunities, creation of business plans, capture and use of data for business diagnostics, financial budgeting, monitoring, forecasting and expense management and driving best practice coordination and consistency across geographic and line of business operations.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mark has been with CBRE for 10 years having previously worked in the Finance and Research teams prior to joining the Advisory & Transaction Services team.
Prior to working at CBRE Mark worked with the accounting firm William Buck, gaining valuable experience across a range of clients, from manufacturing to professional services to not-for-profit organisations. Moving to the UK in 2007, he began working in hedge funds, building on his solid base of consulting work with extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis for internal / external stakeholders.
Away from work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, with much of his time taken up by his 3 young children. He is involved with various charities and not-for-profit organisations, having previously served on the board of St Mary’s House of Welcome for 9 years. He also has a keen interest in reading, sports and music.
