Mike Paglia is a member of The Global Gaming Group, a strategic business unit within CBRE that focuses on providing real estate advisory services to the worldwide gaming community. GGG has advised transactions across major gaming markets and land parcels located within the resort corridor in Las Vegas.
As a Las Vegas native, Mike is deeply rooted in the Las Vegas community. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mike returned to Las Vegas, where he earned his Master of Science in Accounting at UNLV and passed the CPA exam.
After completing his education, Mike joined Deloitte’s accounting practice and focused on performing audits for various global gaming companies. As he transitioned to working for The Global Gaming Group, Mike reconnected with many of his prior Deloitte clients, offering insights into transactional opportunities for their gaming entities.
Mike has supported his team through $1.4B worth of gaming and land transactions, including Circus Circus Hotel & Casino ($825M), Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino ($516M), Harrah’s Reno ($42.5M), and Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino ($36M) among others.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and golf.
