Mukesh Hemrajani

Mukesh serves as the Head of Tenant Representation for the Japan Advisory & Transaction Services business, based in Tokyo. In this role, he leads a team of talented professionals across Japan, serving our corporate clients in managing their real estate portfolios in a dynamic, complex and growing market. He strives to bring together CBRE's unmatched products and platform to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. He is also focused on engaging industry partners, public agencies and technology solutions to move our industry forward.

With over 15 years’ of experience in multiple markets around CBRE’s global business, Mukesh brings a connected perspective to his role and clients. Acting as the conduit for CBRE’s top regional and international client relationships, Mukesh enables the firm to align its best resources and systems to deliver consistently great client outcomes. Further, he represents the Japan and broader Asia Pacific business on various global CBRE teams and initiatives around pursuit of new clients, growth opportunities and setup of new advisory products and client solutions.

Prior to this role, Mukesh setup and led the Multimarket Solutions vertical for the regional Advisory & Transaction Services business. In this role, he was responsible for strategic advisory and bespoke transaction solutions delivery for CBRE’s multimarket clients. He led regional and local A&T teams’ efforts around client engagement, business development and innovation of new products to help deliver exceptional results for our clients. He has built a specific focus and expertise in the Life Sciences, Technology and Large Domestics industry verticals. He collaborated with country leadership in Japan, Greater China, South Korea, India, Singapore and the Australia/New Zealand markets to execute business growth programs. He was instrumental in the setup of CBRE’s data center advisory business, agile space advisory, supply chain advisory and technology solutions.

Externally, Mukesh is an active participant of industry forums such as CoreNet, ANREV, Amcham, APREA among many others. He leverages industry networks to promote constructive dialogue, new ideas and innovation, sustainability and philanthropy.

Prior to joining the Asia Pacific A&T leadership in Singapore, Mukesh spent almost ten years at CBRE in India, starting in 2004 and leaving for his MBA in 2013. Mukesh led the Global Corporate Services team in India and was responsible for managing CBRE’s key client relationships in the country. He also led new business development for the transaction management group in India.
