Tim has returned to CBRE in January 2021 as Head of NSW Office Leasing. Having previously been with Cushman and Wakefield for 5 years heading the NSW Leasing team.
Tim commenced his career as a Tenant Representative where he worked within the Transaction Management team acting for many of Australia’s Top ASX 100 companies. After 6 years in Tenant Representation, Tim transferred his knowledge and skill set to Office Leasing.
With his Tenant Representative background, analytical focus, passion and strategic approach, Tim has had great success working on some of Sydney’s best projects and leasing campaigns. Tim also prides himself on his brokerage acumen, completing some of the largest transactions in the market.
Tim thoroughly enjoys working in close partnership with his clients, understanding their drivers, the asset plan and the desired outcome. Tim provides his clients with a commitment and strategic thinking that provides a competitive advantage to ensure the best outcomes are achieved. Tim thrives on taking the time to create the best marketing strategy for each appointment.
Tim is excited to return to CBRE after 5 years and lead the NSW Office Leasing business through the next chapter. Tim is focused on partnering with key clients, implementing the best in class strategy to achieve the best financial outcome for every appointment.
