Alastair is Director within the Building, Depreciation and Cost Consultancy team at CBRE. Alastair has had over twelve years of experience in providing Building Surveying and Consultancy Services whilst working in Australia and the UK. Since joining CBRE, Alastair and the Building Consultancy team has had the opportunity to utilise feedback from our client base to develop a streamlined technical due diligence approach for property transactions.
Alastair is a Chartered Building Surveyor and provides expert building consultancy advice to property owners, investors and occupiers on Technical Due Diligence, Make Good and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) forecasting.
