Andy Gibson

Andy is a Director within the Building, Depreciation and Cost Consultancy team (BDCC) at CBRE. Since graduating as a Building Surveyor in 2005, Andrew worked in the UK for companies including Atkins Global and AA Projects. Andrew relocated to Australia in 2013 and previously worked as a Senior Building Consultant for KPMG SGA before joining the team at CBRE as a founding member of the BDCC Team. Andrew specialises in the preparation of Technical Due Diligence and Capital Expenditure Reports, Defect Analysis / Condition Reporting and Make Good Assessments to all property sectors across Australia, New Zealand & Asia.

Andy has been a chartered member of the RICS since 2012 with six years private practice experience, undertaking a broad range of professional consultancy services for Public and Private Sector clients. Andy also has strong experience in design and specification, project management and contract administration and has developed a strong reputation of delivering quality projects on time and budget.

Since joining CBRE, Andy and the National Building Consultancy team has engaged and drawn upon our substantial client base to develop and deliver a tailored service across both transactional and asset management engagements.
