Prior to joining CBRE in November 2013, Dion worked in the UK as a capital allowances consultant working for international property, construction consultancy and Big 4 Accountancy firms. Dion has provided professional capital allowances advice to clients across all commercial property sectors and investor classes from international investment companies to private individuals.
He specialises in property portfolio management assessing the capital allowances throughout the life cycle of clients investment properties from acquisition / development; refurbishment/redevelopment; tenancy turnovers through to disposal / re-development.
