In March 2023, Duncan joined CBRE as a Senior Director within the Pacific Debt and Structured Finance team. Based in Melbourne, he is responsible for commercial debt origination.
Duncan commenced his property finance career with NAB, where he established the bank’s property finance function in the UK and Ireland. Notably, Duncan also played a pivotal role in forming NAB's major client group property finance unit in Melbourne.
Duncan's career also encompassed senior positions at Investec and ANZ, and more recently served as Westpac’s Executive Director of Real Estate for Victoria, Western Australia, and Queensland.
