Jack forms part of CBRE’s Alternative Assets valuation team which operates throughout Australia. Jack commenced his valuation career in early 2021 as an Assistant Valuer within the Alternate Assets team lead by his National Director Dylan Adams. The Alternates Assets team focuses on the valuations of Self-Storage, Service Station and Child Care Centres / Educational Infrastructure assets throughout Australia.
Jack has recently obtained his Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) license and now regularly undertakes valuations for First Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Portfolio Valuations and Market Rent Assessments / Determinations.
In addition, Jack has also had experience in a significant portfolio valuations. Jack also recently obtained his Bachelor of Property Economics with Distinction from the University of Technology Sydney.
