Phillip is the Engineering Services Director within the Building, Depreciation and Cost Consultancy team at CBRE. Phillip has more than 45 years of experience in building services as a contractor and consultant in Australia and the UK.
Since joining CBRE Phillip and the Building Consultancy team has had the opportunity to utilise feedback from our client base and his previous experience to develop a streamlined technical due diligence approach for property transactions.
Phillip is a mechanical engineer with expertise across all building services disciplines and provides expert building consultancy advice to property owners, investors and occupiers on Condition of Plant, Technical Due Diligence, Make Good, Maintenance Quality, and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) forecasting.
