With more than 40 years' experience on the Sunshine Coast, Rem Rafter as earnt his reputation as the strongest and most trusted commercial agent in the region. 

He directs operations of the largest commercial agency on the Sunshine Coast, covering commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing, investment sales, commercial asset management and valuation and advisory services. 

Rem had represented clients at local, state, national and international levels and consistently provides the best advice in relation to marketing, campaign details and ultimately transaction of the property.

Rem demonstrates a professional, enthusiastic approach to all aspects of his work, endeavouring to create lengthy and prosperous relationships with his clients.

Rem has transacted many of the major sales on the Sunshine Coast in recent years, including the sale of Pelican Waters golf course and Seahaven resort in Hastings Street, Noosa. During the past few years he's been involved in property sales to the value of more than $100million.

In addition to his role as Managing Director of the Sunshine Coast office, he is also a member of the Queensland Executive Committee which oversees the entire CBRE Queensland operation.
