Shane is a Director within the ESG Consultancy team at CBRE. Shane has over 17 years of Building Services and ESG Consultancy experience across Australasia, Europe and North America, providing consultancy services to public and private clients in commercial office, retail, industrial and residential sectors.
Shane has a passion for sustainable building outcomes and has completed a Master of Environment, majoring in sustainable building design and is an accredited NABERS assessor and Green Star Professional. He has a breadth of technical building and ESG experience and is able to assist clients in identifying climate change risks and opportunities both during Technical Due Diligence and for existing assets.
