Stewart leads the Building Consultancy division across the Pacific region which is part of the Building, Depreciation & Cost Consultancy business at CBRE. Stewart is a professionally qualified Chartered Building Surveyor who commenced in 1999 and has extensive experience across the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
As the Pacific Director for Building Consultancy he oversees a diverse range of building consultancy services to clients within the commercial, hotel, retail, and industrial sectors acting for owners, occupiers, developers and funding institutions.
Such services include technical/physical due diligence for acquisition and disposal for property transactions across all sectors. Examples of which include hotels & resorts, aged care facilities, industrial portfolios, retail shopping centres and business parks, and commercial office buildings.
