Tim specialises in selling & leasing industrial property in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs – transacting on land & warehouses from 1,000sqm – 3,000sqm. He displays great enthusiasm and has a strong work ethic - and is committed to a strict cold calling regime which is helping him accumulate a substantial database of active property owners and occupiers. Tim has a strong background in sales having worked in the solar industry for eight years where he won multiple awards for his exceptional customer service. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent time at Bosisto Real Estate focusing on strata unit development sales in Melbourne’s western market.
