Wayne Bunz

Wayne Bunz is one of the key members of this hotels investment transnational team, which specialises in the disposal of all asset classes within the hospitality industry. Wayne's national role and core focus is on the top end of the hotel investment market.

Wayne boasts in excess of 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry having training with the world renowned Hyatt Hotels group. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in 2002 as a Senior Vice President and throughout his 9 years sold in excess of $1.5 billion worth of hospitality assets. After several years of leading the Queensland brokerage division for JLLH Wayne joined CBRE Hotels in 2011 to lead the brokerage division.

Since joining CBRE Hotels Wayne has contributed greatly to the entire organisation, and in 2012 was the most successful agent for Queensland. Wayne has numerous career achievements including the CBRE State Senior Managing Director Award, REIQ Commercial Agent of the Year and REIA Commercial Agent of the Year.
