Zydin has been part of the tenant representation, advisory and advocacy business for CBRE in Perth for 7 years, working with leaders across all industries to source and secure office tenancies. He understands that finding space is about much more than just the financial deal, and that clients are thinking about the culture and brand of their organisation, retaining staff, and attracting key people. It’s about aligning the company’s aspirations with their real estate.
Clients want to think holistically, beyond the financial element of a deal. Zydin believes it’s about coming up with a strategy that fits the business and solves the challenge facing a client.
Zydin has been in the real estate business for 9 years and understands that decisions today can have an effect over the next decade and beyond, impacting staff members, customers and suppliers.
Zydin started his property journey at CBRE as part of the Capital Markets – Institutional Investment Properties team as an Analyst, before joining the Tenant Representation Team. Zydin also worked as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Australia and New Zealand for global athletic apparel company – lululemon. Working across 42 stores and managing all aspects of the Real Estate strategy.
