CBRE Appoints Alex Andel and Georgia Collins Co-Leaders of CBRE 360, Its Workplace Experience Service

CBRE announced today that Alex Andel and Georgia Collins have been named co-leaders of CBRE 360, the company’s workplace experience service for both investors and occupiers of real estate.
In this role, Ms. Collins and Mr. Andel will have global responsibility for all aspects of CBRE 360, including hospitality services for clients and the implementation of proprietary technology that enhances employee experience. At the center of the CBRE 360 offering is a mobile app and platform that allows employees to find and connect with colleagues, have their favorite beverage ready when they arrive at work, book a conference room, and much more – all at their fingertips.

Ms. Collins and Mr. Andel succeed Andrew Kupiec, who was named Chief Executive Officer of Hana, a flexible workspace service and wholly-owned subsidiary of CBRE.
Ms. Collins brings more than 15 years of workplace consulting and urban planning experience; for the last six years she co-led CBRE’s Workplace practice with responsibility for guiding clients on workplace transformation through research and data-driven insights.
Mr. Andel has held various leadership roles within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) for the past 16 years, most recently serving as Client Solutions leader for the GWS West Division with responsibility for accounts in the U.S. and EMEA, including the technology, oil and gas, retail and industrial sectors.
