CBRE appoints new Pacific General Counsel

CBRE has appointed Tess Lambourne as its new General Counsel for Pacific, and to the company’s Pacific Executive Committee.

Ms. Lambourne has relocated to Sydney after a decade in CBRE’s Dubai office, where she was Head of Legal & Compliance, and Director of Operations for the firm’s Middle East Advisory business.

She began her career as a lawyer in 2007 in her home town of Melbourne, and also worked in Cambodia and Pakistan before joining CBRE in Dubai in 2013.

“Tess has established a world-class legal and compliance program within CBRE’s Middle East Advisory business, and has worked closely with teams across other regions over the course of a decade,” said Phil Rowland, CBRE CEO, Pacific Advisory Services, Australia & New Zealand.

“This appointment follows an extensive internal and external search, from which Tess was the standout candidate, as an accomplished lawyer and leader who knows our company well.”

Ms. Lambourne passed the New York Bar exam to gain qualification as a US Attorney in 2022 and also completed a Masters in Sustainable Development in 2019.
