CBRE Arranges 13,541 Sq. Ft. Office Lease for Law Firm Hawkins Parnell & Young at 275 Madison Avenue

16 Dec 2021

In a transaction arranged by CBRE, the law firm of Hawkins Parnell & Young LLP has committed to a 13,541 sq. ft. office lease at 275 Madison Avenue. The firm, headquartered in Atlanta, will occupy the entire 10th floor of the Art Deco, landmarked office tower in Midtown Manhattan owned by RPW Group. Hawkins Parnell & Young subleased the office space from Lupus Research Foundation.

Marilynn Joyner of CBRE represented Hawkins Parnell & Young LLC in the negotiations.

“The sublease opportunity at 275 Madison Avenue met all of our client’s near term real estate requirements,” said Ms. Joyner. “Hawkins Parnell & Young sought new office space after its lease at 600 Lexington Avenue expired. The fully furnished, move-in ready space at 275 Madison Avenue was a compelling economic and flexible solution while providing the firm with an ideal configuration meeting their current needs and growth projections.”

Built in 1931, 275 Madison Avenue is 336,077 sq. ft. office tower located two blocks from Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park. The Midtown neighborhood offers an outstanding selection of fine dining, shopping and hotels.
