CLEVELAND – November 9, 2020 – CBRE recently arranged a 3,500-square-foot lease with the Cleveland-based tech company ResellerRatings at the historic Caxton Building, an 8-story office building in downtown Cleveland.
CBRE’s Stephen Morris represented the tenant in the transaction.

Bradley Poole, Cleveland Native and Chief Revenue Officer of ResellerRatings, stated, “Growing up in Cleveland, I’ve been around local family businesses all the way back to my grandfather who owned, West End Diaper Service Co. Now having my own business here, it was clear we wanted to focus on hiring locally and give back to our community. We have seen Cleveland go through so many changes and being at the Caxton Building, you see just that. I am excited to work in such a historic building and combine it with our entrepreneurial tech culture.”
“Reseller Ratings was determined to find a space that was really a reflection of the culture they were trying to cultivate,” said Morris. “The team was immediately impressed by the character of the Caxton Building and drawn to the aesthetics of downtown. They loved the idea of working in a beautiful old office building, because it’s not really something there’s a real inventory of in Silicon Valley or San Francisco, where some of their west coast team members are located.”
“The Caxton Building is thrilled to welcome ReSeller Ratings to our community of over 40 entrepreneurs in the Building”, says Katherine Bolton, principal of the Caxton Building with her husband Bill. “Cleveland needs entrepreneurs creating new businesses and jobs for the future so it's exciting to see jobs coming to Cleveland from the West Coast and their company's commitment to give back. This is a fusion of the historic and the future of downtown here in the Historic Gateway Neighborhood”.
Reseller Ratings is scheduled to move into their space in November.
