CBRE announced John Criddle and Joe Freitas are marketing 108,000 square feet of space for lease at The Edge at Sawgrass, a new development at 13670 NW 12th Street in Sunrise, Fla., on behalf of Sawgrass Office Investments, LLC.

Located in the heart of Sawgrass International Corporate Park, the largest corporate park in South Florida, The Edge at Sawgrass is a planned four-story, Class A office building, which is expected to deliver in 2023. The property is being developed by Helm Capital and the general contractor is Marker. It is fully approved for development and can be delivered in 18 to 20 months.
