CBRE Awarded Property Management and Leasing at One Bellevue Place

Nashville, Tenn. – November 23, 2020 – CBRE has been awarded the property management and retail leasing assignment from MetLife Investment Management, LLC, on behalf of its investment management client, the owner of One Bellevue Place. The property is a 356,778-sq.-ft. Class A grocery-anchored lifestyle/power center that was developed in 2017/2018 on the site of the former Bellevue Center Mall in Southern Nashville.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be selected to manage and lease One Bellevue Place, a premiere retail development that is anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market that is the highest performing Sprouts location in Tennessee. The center also includes AMC, Burlington, HomeGoods, Ross, Michaels, PetsMart, Off Broadway Shoes, and Ulta as its eight other anchor tenants and 30 small shop/specialty retailers,” said David Cheek, director of property management at CBRE.
Located in Southern Nashville and within a 10 minute drive from downtown, One Bellevue Place was developed on 46-acres of an 87-acre master planned development that includes apartments, a senior living facility, two boutique hotels, and the Ford Ice Rink and Community Center.
