CBRE Capital Markets Closes Sale of 374,942 SF Corporate Office Portfolio in the Twin Cities

Minneapolis, MN – November 7, 2018 – CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the sale of a Twin Cities four-property corporate office portfolio totaling 374,942 square feet to a joint venture between Artemis Real Estate Partners and Eagle Ridge Partners.

Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, and Tom Holtz in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, a private real estate fund. The sale closed November 6, 2018. 

The portfolio includes well-located suburban office warehouse properties in Golden Valley and Hopkins, with a high-degree of office finish. The portfolio was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale.
