CBRE Names Lauren Peng Associate Director Of Asset Services In Portland

CBRE is pleased to announce that Lauren Peng joins the Portland office as Associate Director of Asset Services. Relocated from Charlotte, NC, Mrs. Peng brought over 18 years of diverse industry experience and has been with CBRE for over nine years. She previously served as the Associate Director of CBRE Charlotte Asset Services.
Mrs. Peng has extensive experience in all aspects of management on complex properties from shell construction and development through lease up and operations. Her major projects include NASCAR Plaza in Charlotte, a 20-story LEED certified office tower that shares a city block and facilities with the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Convention Center ballroom. The project included mission critical operations of NASCAR Media Group, housing studios and production facilities for live television shows.
Mrs. Peng holds a BS degree from Bob Jones University, is active in BOMA and has served as the President of the Carolinas/West Virginia BOMA Chapter. She is also a member of the US Green Building Council.
In her new role, Mrs. Peng will lead a team of over 25 real estate management professionals.
