CBRE professionals have been recognised for their contributions to the Australian property industry, after being announced as finalists in three categories of the 2020 Australian Property Institute Excellence in Property Awards.

The prestigious awards recognise both individuals and organisations in the public and private sector, who are leading the way in the property industry.

CBRE’s Residential Valuations PropertyPRO Project team has been shortlisted as Valuation Team of the Year in recognition of its innovative and efficient response to internally managing the industry wide transition to the PropertyPRO Supporting Memorandum (PPS).

Caitlin Harper, from CBRE’s Perth Retail Valuations & Advisory team, and Jacqui Reiser, who is part of the company’s Queensland Hotel & Leisure Valuation & Advisory Services team, are both finalists in the Leslie Bennett Women in Property category.

The fourth finalist is Jack Tronson who has been shortlisted for the API Young Professional of the Year Award. Mr Tronson works with CBRE’s Hotel & Leisure Valuation & Advisory Services team, specialising in valuations of hotels and serviced apartments, management rights, bars and pubs and student accommodation.

CBRE’s Head of Valuations, Brendon Hulcombe, said the nominations highlighted the strength and expertise of CBRE’s valuations business.

“Congratulations Caitlin, Jacqui, Jack and the entire Residential Valuations PropertyPRO Project team on this outstanding recognition. These nominations are well-deserved and a tribute to the outstanding expertise and contribution our professionals make to both CBRE and the wider property industry.”

The award winners will be announced October 16.
