CBRE Sunshine Coast farewells Glen Grimish after 17 years

CBRE Sunshine Coast Director Glen Grimish is retiring after a 17-year tenure. 

Glen commenced at CBRE Sunshine Coast in January 2006 and has had great success over his time with many major sales and leasing transactions, most recently a $9M sale in Birtinya in conjunction with the office MD, Rem Rafter.

Glen has also been recognised by his peers, winning two converted Queensland State Achievement Award for Excellence in Agency during his tenure.

“As far as career highlights go, I would have to say winning the appointment from Economic Development Queensland to sell their industrial land in Sunshine Coast Industrial Park is right up there,” Mr Grimish said.

“I’ve always enjoyed helping investors and business owners satisfy their property goals and it has been a privilege to do so.”

Sunshine Coast Managing Director, Rem Rafter said, “Glen has been an outstanding ambassador for CBRE on the Sunshine Coast. He has always been most professional, honest and hardworking. He has been well respected by his fellow team members and extensive client base,”

Glen's last day at CBRE Sunshine Coast will be February 10, 2023.
