CBRE ANNOUCES 6-YEAR LEASE RENEWAL WITH CAL LUTHERAN IN OXNARD, CA

CBRE announced a 6-year lease renewal and expansion with California Lutheran University at its Oxnard Center at The Palms in Oxnard, CA.
Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater of CBRE represented the tenant.
The Oxnard Center offers Graduate School of Psychology, Graduate School of Education, School of Management and Bachelor’s Degree for Professionals programs. It also houses one of the Community Counseling Centers.
“Cal Lutheran has had their graduate counseling programs at The Palms since 2005,” said Dwyer. “This is a great location and Cal Lutheran is excited to continue to utilize this space for their West Ventura County student base.”
