Eastern Portable Buildings has inked a five-year lease on a near new office/warehouse facility in the industrial hub of Smeaton Grange.

Located at 27 Waler Crescent, the 1,810sqm property features internal clearances of up to eight metres, modern office accommodation over two levels and container height roller door access.

CBRE’s Matthew Alessi, Fabio Screpis and Adam Tresidder negotiated the lease transaction for an annual rental of $115 per square metre (net).

Mr Alessi commented on the transaction: “We worked with the tenant to source and secure this property within Sydney’s south west after their initial search in the north west was unsuccessful. The high clear-span warehouse was ideally suited to the tenant – a specialist in modular and portable buildings.” For Australian/international news or global stories, follow us on Twitter: @cbreaustralia
