Leading property professional Emma Forster Mitrovski has commenced this week at CBRE to lead the firm’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in Pacific and drive the continued growth of its government and corporate sector service offering.

Leading property professional Emma Forster Mitrovski has commenced this week at CBRE to lead the firm’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in Pacific and drive the continued growth of its government and corporate sector service offering.

Ms Forster Mitrovski brings over 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, growth and business development, process improvement and organisational change management for both corporate and government organisations. This includes wide-ranging leadership roles with companies such as Five D, UGL Services, Colonial First State Property, PwC and KFPW.

Ms Forster Mitrovski was most recently Head of Corporate Real Estate for Broadspectrum Property, a company delivering integrated property and facilities management services to public and private sector organisations across Australia and abroad. 

Prior to this, she was as a shareholder and Executive Director of Five D Holdings, the largest privately owned corporate real estate services provider in Australia, and played a key role in the company’s sale to JLL in 2015.

She has also served as an Advisory Board Member of NSW Leaders, an organisation promoting and sponsoring the growth of mid-market enterprises, and was a previous board member of Latitude 12, a joint venture providing business solutions in remote and regional Australia.

CBRE’s GWS business works closely with clients to develop solutions that make real estate a meaningful contributor to organisational productivity and performance. The team delivers services in the areas of Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Services & Advisory, Property Portfolio Management, Occupier Consultancy, Integrated Outsourcing Services and Tenant Representation.
