CBRE has further expanded its South Australian team with the appointment of highly experienced property professional Micheal Fenton to a Retail Investments negotiator role.

Mr Fenton has joined CBRE after seven years in property finance at St George Bank, where he managed a diversified property portfolio for a range of private and institutional clients.

CBRE’s South Australian Managing Director Alistair Laycock said Mr Fenton’s appointment reflected the firm’s strategy to expand its specialist services offering across all sectors of the commercial property market.

“With increased transactional activity in the retail sector, we identified a need for a specialist retail transactional operator in the Adelaide market,” Mr Laycock said.

“Micheal has significant experience in the sector, working with private investors, syndicators, fund managers and listed corporations, making him the perfect fit for our business. Working with our successful Australian Retail Investments team, Micheal will focus on transactions across the retail spectrum, building on our strong track record in this market segment.”
