Australian ceiling fan brand, Hunter Pacific International, has leased a 1,555sqm industrial unit in Mount Kuring-Gai.

CBRE’s Ben Byford, Peter Mangraviti & Geoff Hunt negotiated the four-year lease deal at an initial net rent of $140 per square metre.

Owned by a local private investor, the unit at 12/22 Beaumont Road offers a mezzanine level office space with bushland views over Kuring-Gai National Park.

It benefits from a large hardstand area, that allows for easy truck manoeuvring, and container-height access with a clearance of up to 12.1 metres.

“The tenant was attracted to Mount Kuring-Gai due to the ability to obtain a high-quality industrial unit at a more cost-effective rent than other northern industrial precincts,” Mr Byford said.

“The rare ability to store multiple containers simultaneously was also a drawcard.”For Australian/international news or global stories, follow us on Twitter: @cbreaustralia
