Recently refurbished, the 20,000sqm building hosts a number of new amenities and energy-saving initiatives to support tenants and their clients.
Tenants include Westgold (1,100sqm), MLG Oz (540sqm), Spence Ogden (540sqm), Colliers (540sqm), Turner & Townsend (540sqm), 2xm Healthcare (250sqm) and Interia (120sqm).
CBRE’s James Phelan drove the leasing campaign where rentals are averaging $535/sqm.
“The full floor speculative fitout on Level 5 triggered a spate of new transactions. We used this display as the hook and were able to redirect a number of transactions to non-fitted spaces in other parts of the building,” Mr Phelan said.
Cloisters, General Manager Stephanie Eardley said the building was extremely well managed with an experienced onsite team managing an ongoing CAPEX programme ensuring a high standard for all existing and new tenants.
“The premium level of amenity at Cloisters ensures our offering is not just about the tenancy. The courtyard, retail offering, end of trip facilities, concierge service and public parking we maintain have all been major factors in our leasing success,” Ms Eardley said.
