Toyota dealership to sell its Parramatta Road after 35 years of ownership

Phil Gilbert Toyota has listed its Parramatta Road, Lidcombe site for sale after 35 years.

The 3,174sqm landholding site is located at 66-72 Parramatta Road and has three valuable street frontages along Parramatta Road, Delhi Street and Bombay Street. 

CBRE’s Robert Dowdy together with John Hill & Co’s Sam Hill are managing the sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign, closing 8th of June, 2023. 

“Due to the flexible E3 Productivity Support zoning, development potential and location we are expecting local, national and international interest,” Mr Dowdy said.

“This will be fueled by fast-food groups and self-storage developers, who are vying for main road corner sites, and by industrial owner-occupiers and investors who are competing for the limited number of 3,000sqm plus land offerings in Sydney’s central west.” 

Phil Gilbert Toyota is relocating to a new showroom which is currently under construction. The 66-72 Parramatta Road site will be offered as a going concern with Phil Gilbert Toyota providing a sale and lease back for circa two years, giving developers time to run a development application.
