Two wins for CBRE at API Awards

CBRE has secured two sought-after titles at the 2022 Australia Property Institute’s Excellence in Property Awards.

The awards program is designed to recognise both individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors who are leading the way in the property industry. A judging panel of distinguished industry leaders is brought together to critically assess all entries in their individual categories.

Senior Director, Residential Valuations, Ted Hoskin has been honoured with the Colonel Alfred Clifford Catt Award for his unwavering contribution and commitment to the property profession and community.

Ted has been an invaluable contributor to the API by serving on a number of residential and community groups and has been pivotal in writing and reviewing supporting memorandums and standing instructions.

National Valuer Care and Development Manager, Residential Valutaions, Kat Hale has meanwhile been recognised with the Women in Property Award, which celebrates female leadership in the industry. The accolade recognises Kat’s dedication to the property industry over the past 15 years during which she has mentored, supported, and trained numerous property professionals.

Kat generously contributes her time as an examiner for API professional interviews, and members and chairs many property and diversity committees as well as several working groups.
