Two Wins For CBRE at RICS Awards Australia

CBRE’s Property Management division has secured two sought-after titles at the 2022 RICS Awards Australia.

CBRE’s No1 ANZAC Square team in Brisbane has been named Property Management Team of the Year while the QV1 Management Team in Perth has taken the highly sought-after Sustainability Award.

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure, recognising the outstanding achievements of market-leading property professionals.

Working on behalf of client AsheMorgan, the No1 ANZAC Square property team delivered on the vision for a transformed office precinct and tenant experience which sets a new benchmark for Brisbane.

The RICS judges commented that CBRE’s No1 ANZAC Square property team exceeded the client’s and tenants’ expectations, upholding the highest standard of service, ethics, and expertise throughout a challenging $25 million renovation while the building was 95% occupied.

The QV1 management team meanwhile developed and delivered sustainable outcomes for Investa Property Group and AXA Investment Managers, future-proofing the 65,000sqm office building and retail plaza with features centred on wellness, sustainability, and community.

The judges commented that the team has excelled at the challenging task of upgrading a 30-year-old building to meet sustainability targets.
