As the developer of The Mill Precinct, The Moreton Bay Regional Council has designed and constructed a full diverse high capacity fibre pit and pipe network. The intention is to facilitate the reticulation of Fibre Optic networks to any organisation needing ducting across the precinct. CBRE are pleased to be exclusively appointed by Council to source a data centre operator for a specifically allocated land lot in the Mill precinct.
