AMP Capital have been a long term owner of the building, investing over $10m in 2016 on building upgrades and a further $15m of projects are planned through to 2019.
The ground floor lobby, designed by Woods Bagot, completed refurbishment in March 2018.
The on floor lift lobbies and bathrooms are all upgraded to a contemporary standard.
The lifts benefit from an efficient new destination control system are also currently being upgraded to a modern standard.
