Build-to-Rent Development Pipeline 2021

Over the course of 2020, the country’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) pipeline has expanded by 68%, with development activity topping out at 40 projects and the total number of units approaching 15,000 – a new high for the asset class.


The report explores the BTR sector’s continuing growth journey during the second half of 2020 and into 2021, when it recorded a 28% increase in new projects announced relative to the first half of last year.
